Yatoom
To be honest, I don't know if this has anything to do with 0ad, or it's just my problem. Thought I would just post it here, might anyone need this information.Error: Package: 0ad-r11863-4.1.x86_64 (@games) Requires: libboost_signals-mt.so.1.47.0()(64bit) Removing: boost-signals-1.47.0-6.fc16.x86_64 (@/boost-signals-1.47.0-6.fc16.x86_64) libboost_signals-mt.so.1.47.0()(64bit)Updated By: boost-signals-1.48.0-13.fc17.x86_64 (updates) Not foundI'm using 0ad alpha 10 Jhelum on Fedora 17. leper
That means that 0ad needs a rebuild because the boost libraries were updated. So it would be best to notify the package maintainer (as far as I am aware we don't provide Fedora 17 packages on our own (yet)) that he should rebuild 0ad. Yatoom
Oh right, that was the problem. Well, it was quite an easy work-around to just remove 0ad and then update. However, then you won't be able to reïnstall 0ad anymore. But it actually worked fine on Fedora 17. Anyway, how do I contact the package maintainer, since I'm just a 'Community Newbie'? leper
That's the repository for Fedora 16 (with 0ad provided by us), but as noted on our wiki we don't support Fedora 17 yet. (probably due to some dependency and/or build problem, or because nobody checked the boxes for it)I'll try to get it enabled for Fedora 17.
