Loki_999 Posted November 3, 2010 Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 Hi, just discovered this game and most interested in trying it out.First off tried installing on my home computer and found it crashes on the menu. Seems like this could be related to the Nvidia driver regression in the latest version. So, before downgrading my drivers on the home computer thought I would give it a go on my work computer.(By the way, both systems are running Linux Mint)So, followed the instructions letter for letter (copy/paste) on getting from SVN and compiling.All finishes without errors (some warnings, but presume they are normal). Go look in the system directory and see a whole bunch of DLLs and an EXE!Why is it building a Windows EXE instead of a unix type executable? All these dll's and exe's are stored in svn, so you not compiled it, but just downloaded when you checked out the svn.
