Can you help me to correct install 0 a.d.? After game installing it runs, but there is a message that I need libtxc_dxtn. Sinaptic hasn\'t it. I visit dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/S3TC (this link was in message in the game). There is the link to libtxc_dxtn.so but the page of it is Not Found. Please, help me. Ykkrosh Posted September 28, 2010 Share Posted September 28, 2010 It should be safe to just ignore the warning - we're changing the game so the next release won't need libtxc_dxtn at all (but it may still need you to run "driconf" and enable the S3TC option). AuroN2 Posted September 29, 2010 Share Posted September 29, 2010 Also make sure you got a graphics card that works with ubuntu, some (or most) dont support it, for example mine, radeon 9550, wont load 0ad on ubuntu, but it will on MS Windows XP, silly i know, but gotta get over that hill still, >.< Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
