voice chat would help a lot and you could even use it like the game Tom Clancy's EndWar dose The game features optional voice commands so that the player may use a headset to give orders to their troops, although the troops will only react to valid and game-related orders in certain languages, but are able to understand many accents of those languages. Officials at Ubisoft Shanghai said it was also possible to control the game using only voice commands; Jeff Bakalar of CNET concurred, saying the demonstration he watched ran for twenty minutes without any perceptible faults. Hearing enemy soldiers communicate gives the player a strategic advantage to counter the enemy's attack with one of their own.

When the primary features work things like this could be looked at (though I doubt a project like this would be able to reliably do what few companies have done so far and create an voice command system that actually works), but for now I wouldn't call it a priority. At least since there are other ways, like TeamSpeak etc which has already been mentioned, to allow players to have voice chat
