Can't create and join a game with friends but be able to observe games from the Game Lobby

Hi, im new in this amazing game and I've influenced like 5 friends to play but we are incapable to set up a game, we have follow all the guides for the LAN connection and the other connection (the ones that are in the official page), also I'm running the game in a linux distribution and have enable all the possible combinations for the UDP 20595  port but the "ERROR CODE 20595. Failed to connect to server. Reason: This is often caused by UDP port 20595 not being forwarded to host side, by a firewall, or anti-virus software" still appears, the others run the game in windows and have passed the instructions but can connect, some help will be great. Also we all can join a random game in the Game Lobby but not our own games. thank you
