Can't get a replay file I've been sent to work. Is this normal? I've never known it to happen before!

I've copied across the folder containing the metadat.json file and the commands.txt but, while the folder is mentioned in the replaycahce.json file so I know it can see the folder it only has fileSize, fileMTime and directory mentioned while all other files have durations, attribs etc.

It's really odd and it's a game I'd like to watch if I could. Replay file attached in case someone else can get it to work..!
