I wonder, will the troops have formations: like in AOE2 or something similar?

And if will the troops have morale?

I ment age of empires

I wasn't aware that there is an AOM2. But certainly the game will have formations that pass on specific bonuses and weaknesses. But troops won't have "morale." You will always have direct tactical and strategic control over your units. They won't "run away" from you as in the Total War series.
