when can we expect the second alpha stage of O AD? are we talking weeks/months ?

there are many years before me so i have all the time you need to finnish it

will the game be released this year or the next one? not a too hard question

I apologise if this topic already exists I wonder, will the troops have formations: like in AOE2 or something similar? And if will the troops have morale? I ment age of empires
