I noticed that the "healers" could restore a unit, going from red back to green (top status bar). However, I did not notice any change on the bottom status bar. real_tabasco_sauce Posted December 13, 2022 Report Share Posted December 13, 2022 this is experience. your citizen soldiers will gain experience by fighting, and a tiny bit by hunting. You can gain experience by garrisoning in barracks/stable. When the bar is filled, your unit will promote to the next rank with better fighting ability. melee units get health, armor, and damage with each rank, ranged units get more health and accuracy with each rank. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
