Good thinking Quacker
BTW, you can view the FPS in E:DMW by pressing the F11 key a few times to cycle through the various time displays (top-right screen corner). A few of the settings display FPS. One displays "PPS".. the only thing I can think of is "Particles Per Second". (not that it matters )

Findecáno Oronar here..

I believe the term you are looking for is "Command Lag", Swellick. Empire Earth had some problems with this.
Cougar's right, screen res (and possibly game detail) will contribute to this problem.

I've won a MSN Beta Testing shirt for being on of the first testers to install the beta software (I participated in the MSN beta, still am actually). I love my shirt
I've been paid for writing computer articles for directron.com, $150 to date, although I guess I didn't win that.

Did some searching around for 'ya, here's what I turned up:
MailEnable Standard <- Looks powerful but a bit complex (SMTP, POP3 support included)[*]Mercury/32 <- Looks pretty good, and powerful (SMTP, POP3)
[*]acSMTP for Windows <- Looks complex at first glance, also looks very powerful (SMTP, IMAP, POP3)
[*]hMailServer

I disagree with that article.. the 2000 election was fair and square. It's not the candidate's fault if people don't bother to vote.
I do agree that it's possible for those newfangled machines to be hacked, but I don't believe the government is purposefully putting them there to control elections.

MoH isn't a scifi shooter..

@dragonslayer: I split your post off and created a new topic for it, check here:

I assume you're referring to Paint Shop Pro 8?
I'm not familiar with that program Have you googled? Is there a Preferences option or some way to "reset to default"?
-
Yep, Liero's great fun It was pretty advanced for it's time (IMO).

warts (yes, I know frogs don't really cause warts, but it was a good word )

My choice here is MoH: Pacific assault. I'll definetly check out that game after it's been released (maybe not right away though)...
But my #1 favorite game is America's Army I'm always looking forward to a new version of that, they have patches released every few months to add new features, etc.
-
I've played it a little, at first it didn't run well on my computer. Ah, I like America's Army better anyway
-
Yeah, I was referring to: http://www.wildfiregames.com/0ad as phpBB-powered, not these forums
-
My thought exactly Quacker. I think that I'd like it to continue indefinetly!
I'll let it keep going, then announce an infinite "extension" of the program come Nov. 3rd.

Thanks for posting this in the right forum
Most, if not all, hardware routers are also hardware firewalls. You'll have to find something in the router's configuration that allows "Port Forwarding" or "Port Redirect".
In the Port Forwarding config of your router, you'll have to forward the ports that DMW uses to your computer's internal (network) IP.
I found this in the readme:
6500 TCP
13139 UDP
27900 UDP
28900 TCP
29900 TCP
29901 TCP
33321 UDP
33335 TCP
Those should be the ports you need to forward.
