  1. Personally I don't care for the system of China, but my parents for one think that it is best to leave things the way the are. Its not as if a democratic system will make any difference within a century in china.

BTW population of India is: 1.027 billion

  2. Recently as a part of my anti-assimilation into American Culture and to retain my asian identity process i've decided to listen nothing but asian music ranging to rock to only god-knows-what-it-is.

Anyways for those interested in Asian Rock Music heres 2 groups..

    Asian Kung Fu Generation

    The Pillows

enough trolling the forums for today...

  3. Well after a few hours of boredom and homework, I decided to turn on MTV for the first time in a few million years, and thats when I realized its sunk to a new low to brainwash the pop culture infused teenagers.

The episode that I saw depicted two twins wanting to look like Brad Pitt. They started off by going clubbing and realizing that all the girls dont supposedly dig them, from that point on they kinda dug themselves into a hole of worthless and thinks that all of their lives problems (which consists of pretty much acting and girls) will somehow dissappear with a simple face surgery. What surprised is that their parents didnt really seem to care, since I know my dad will shred me to a million pieces being a brainwashed idiot and then disown me.

Here's an image of their transformation:

    Yup... pretty brad pitt alright.

    Here's a funny quote:

MTV: What would you say to teens reading this who are thinking about getting elective plastic surgery?

MIKE: Those who are down on themselves for a fault in their looks, if you know that surgery will make you happy, go for it. It will change your personality, the way you act and carry yourself forever. I never knew that I could be as happy as I am right now. I feel on top of the world by the few tweaks that I went through. Go through with the surgery now because you don't want to go through life always feeling down with the way that you look, or just accepting the way that you look, that there is nothing that you can do to look better. I am…happy for once.

MATT: Why are you waiting? If any part of you drains all your self esteem, then why live like that? The longer you go on living like that, the more it's going to affect you, and bring you down There is something you can do about it. It will change your outlook on life, and make you a happier person There's nothing to be scared about, just push yourself out the door and stop making excuses. If you don't believe me, then prove me.

Talk about being brainwashed by pop culture. Some how I doubt these people ever really will find a stable relationship if their lives are built on trying to be like Brad Pitt. The funny thing is that despite they have all their "good" looks they still live with their parents, doesn't surprise me either because it doesn't seem like they went to college.

-my raging 2 cents on the insanity of pop culture.

  4. Well here's the electoral system of China:

There is no electoral system. Ever read Brave New World? Its kinda like that...

The government of China is pretty much comprised of an elitist group, which can ridiculously keep its insane population pretty much content despite poverty, starvation... yadda yadda yadda by instilling an even more insane amount of patriotism within its people. (Pfft if you think the U.S. knew what patriotism is about, China dwarfs it by far.)

This elitist group pretty much keep the control "in the family" (not trying to sound incestous like the japanese here). So, there is no such thing as elections because it doesn't exist, and most likely never will. Just imagine the thousands of parties that will form because of democracy. From the PoV of someone whos lived in China for nine years, it would be better to leave China politically the way it is.

Also a thing to note is that China is only so called communist on the outside. On the inside the amount of competition is fierce and also quite insane, (school there is like going to a mental labor camp). And there is no way in hell do people get paid the same there, the CEO's and VPs earn almost equivalent to the U.S. CEOs and VPs.

Anyways, getting off topic. China's main and only party is the NPC (National People's Congress). China can bluff all it wants on the media side about its slow shift to democracy with its state controlled media to appease the western nations. Each of China's provinces has each of their own representatives which can then vote in the NPC itself. But in the end, it is the NPC that calls all the shots. Without the difference of ideologies like other nations, it is impossible to have a working or legit electoral system in China.

The voting system of China is also quite frankly messed up, with a population of 1.295 billion as of now it would be impossible to have chinese citizens cast their own votes. So what logically ends up happening is that the representatives of the NPC get to vote for their own party and install another communist ruler.

So simply put, China's leader is elected by members of its own party.

  5. Well my thesis is going to revolve around the evolution of the virus.

    4 major parts

    1. The enzyme reverse transcriptase came into existence when the gene coding for telomerase underwent a perverse mutation

    2. The capsids came into play when it accidentally under went exocytosis

    3. The DNA of the virus became elongated, some how, and the mRNA accidentally fused into the telomerase enzyme

    4. The virus lacks either a DNA repair enzyme to allow it to adapt or mutate rapidly. Or lacks genes such as p53 or other that demote the effects of cancer

-adam if you ever happen to read this post, guess who.

sry for horrible grammar or something
