[Flare disabled for observers]

I think a spec flare would be useful, especially a flare that is only visible to other specs. That will aid our discussions and commentary.

[Making siege more interesting]

I'm for siege not using up any population but needs some garrison. Rams and catapults don't eat food and don't need to sleep in buildings. However, in order to prevent too much spamming, we can add a condition that they are only functional if garrisoned with units. This would be more interesting to play with and you won't need to worry about deleting your units once you reach 200 population.

[Loot when destroying a building in Construction-Phase]

I think we should get some loot back if the construction had to cease half way, but maybe with a penalty of -10% because not all processes are reversible.

Hello Sevda,

I spotted a problem with your latest version of StarGUI: sometimes there is no alert sound when my fields are getting raided. At other times I can't hear the sound of projectiles as you advertised, which has resulted in me suffering heavy casualties without realising. Please can you fix that?
