I set the camera.pan hotkey to right click, same as issuing orders. The problem is that if I select a unit/building and use right click to set rally point or move, panning gets locked and camera pans every time I move my mouse, even if not holding right click as I should. To make it stop I must unselect the unit/building with left click and then right click again, like to turn off panning. The expected behaviour when having both issue orders and pan with right click would be to pan when holding click and to issue orders by just clicking, regardless of whether I have something selected or not.
