I'm not streaming or using a chromecast. I tried disabling vsync and it didn't work. I don't have lag in the menu.

I am sure, when they start to move they move at the correct speed, and I dont see the arrows in slow motion

I have a razer blackwidow x chroma and a razer deathadder chroma, but I don't think that's the problem. I can see this kind of arrows when I right click on the floor, but the soldiers start to move 3 seconds later.
