I guess errors will show again if I play a new game with similar settings. Any tips to avoid these errors?

The replay I send you is not complete, the errors appear later in my game. Sorry for that. Strangely I don't have a replay of the last part of the game. However I have different replays where my citizens do not move... I can send you my save if that helps.
