how can i do port forward then?

Basically, we have like 5 crew of people who just try to be the same room but we cant. So we just try to switch the hosting person and it still don't work as the result would go like this man can host 2 persons or this can host 4 etc. What should i do? Ps. Please don't reply as "join others' room" or something between that
