Why am I restricted to the confines of my territory while the opponents can build in the neutral zone? Opponents will build structures and enter my turf to extract resources. That seems really unfair. Is there a fix for this? Either to 1) allow me to build in neutral territory; or 2) have the AI "play fair" and stay in their own yard? Thanks
