Forgive my technical ignorance, but every time I start a game, the game screen freezes about 10 or so seconds in to the game. Once it froze up in the map-choosing screen. The game continues to play as does the music. I can give commands and the voices respond, but the screen remains frozen. I have the 20 Alpha version and am using the latest edition of Windows 10. For the graphics card, all I can seem to find is Intel(R) HD Graphics for chip type. I checked it and the drivers are up to date. When I tried to take a screen shot, it gave me a screen shot of my desktop instead and minimized the game. When I clicked to bring the game back up, I got a black screen but the sounds were still running.
