  1. Someone added some FullHD-Screenshots without menu bars and so on to the german Wikipedia article: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/0_A.D.
  2. Great, thx! But the silhouettes of the figures have to be deactivated manually. And the city borders can't be hidden at all, as the official screenshots show: http://play0ad.com/wp-content/gallery/desktops/shieldbearer-wallpaper01-1600x1200.jpg
  3. Yeah, but the wallpaper on the official 0 A.D. webpage are only a few years old and they are in a 4:3 ratio. I'm playing the game on a 16:9 screen without any problems, so if there would be something like a cinematic mode (no hud, no minimap, no menu bars and so on), it would be easy to create wallpapers. Is there some kind of console command to hide the minimap and so on? Maybe I could create some wallpapers in the future (because the alpha 18 release crashes if I try to take high-res screenshots!). Do you also have this problem? I get this error report: I'm running it on Windows 7 64 bit with 16 GB RAM, that should be more than enough. I can just take normal screenshots. (I installed the game in C:\Program Files (x86)\0 A.D. alpha 18. Might that be a problem? Running the game as an admin doesn't solves the problem.) @niektb: thx! there are a few interesting pictures. @wowgetoffyourcellphone: nice wallpaper, but very close zoomed to the soldiers, so the edges and angles become visible. Something like this I really like: http://play0ad.com/wp-content/gallery/desktops/0ad-wallpaper-stripesvertical01.jpg http://play0ad.com/wp-content/gallery/desktops/shieldbearer-wallpaper01-1600x1200.jpg http://play0ad.com/wp-content/gallery/desktops/0ad-discovery-2.png
  4. I really love this game and I would like to set a 0 A.D. wallpaper as my default wallpaper. But there's one problem: The highest resolution I can find at the play0ad.com-webpage is 1600 x 1200 px. Why? That's neither a 16:9 ratio nor today a common display resolution. I would suggest publishing wallpaper at least in FullHD resolution, if not even in 4K, if possible. The game looks great, but I don't want to see such blurred wallpaper on my screen... (Sorry if this is a duplicate, couldn't find anything else like it.) Thx, Alex
