update completed, still getting the same error, even when i run the .exe file as an admin.

i'll try updating the graphics driver. I un-installed and re-installed the game and it threw another error message. I ran it as administrator and received the following error message (which is the same one i believe): ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Is that the most recent version? I downloaded the game last night and installed it. I can uninstall and re-install if you think that's what i need to do to fix the error message.
