aw man i guess ill put up with the lag, i love this game!!

So i need help guys! When i run the game and start to play i get this lag that'll last for about 10secs then stop then comes back again 2mins later and repeats it self. Anyone have any ideas? Running it on a alienware m17x gtx 580 2.2ghz 4 memory of ram
