  1. @ykkrosh, as u said gcc was not accepting -lpthreads, and there is no libpthreads.so, only a libpthread.so. I replace all the -lpthreads from spidermonkeys configure script with -lpthread, and it work fine!
  2. Yes, I do have a libpthread.so under /usr/lib , my gcc version is 4.5.1.
