Death_is_undead
(Build July 10th, Ubuntu) I have played many open source games; but this one seems the most... amazing. It has great graphics, well designed gameplay, and an unusual goal; learning. Although, it seems strange to me that there is no campaigns implemented. Is the actual feature to add campaigns included, or is that a feature being requested? Also, many of the other open source games I know have a Mark-Up language for them (A special coding language for the game in general), which I have yet to see for 0 A.D. I personally do not know C++, nor do I intend to fully understand it any time soon, but Mark-Up Languages I seem to get a knack for quick. Mythos_Ruler
The gameplay code uses mostly Javascript and XML. The game is also a work in progress. Some kind of single player campaign is planned.
Death_is_undead
The gameplay code uses mostly Javascript and XML. Ahhh, could have sworn I saw C++ included somewhere on the main page. The game is also a work in progress. Some kind of single player campaign is planned. As are most Open Source; but I was asking if the feature to add one in yourself is added? Mythos_Ruler
Ahhh, could have sworn I saw C++ included somewhere on the main page.C++ is mainly used for the graphics engine, while the game code is scripted in javascript and XML.As are most Open Source; but I was asking if the feature to add one in yourself is added?Ah, I see. Sorry, not yet. The best you could do is create a series of custom scenarios and play them back to back.

Death_is_undead
Thanks for your kind words, Death_is_undead. If my words were not kind, how would I expect to get kind words back? Edit: I am curious now, what are the actual maps written in?
