DDS compression process

That's already implemented ;). You can put XML files in a directory, saying what settings (DXT mode, mipmaps, etc) to apply to its files. When you edit the settings it'll automatically reconvert all the affected textures (which means we don't have to get it right right now, we can tweak it later).

It'll automatically switch to DXT1 if the texture is entirely alpha=255, so normally you shouldn't need to worry about specifying that mode explicitly.
