Hi, Wildfire Community.

With all the man-made horror happening just a few miles from where I live, I feel a bit out of place commenting here, but a momentary distraction is probably in order. From what I've seen so far, you have some incredible games lined up, and I'd love to help out any way I can. I'm an expert proofreader of English text, including fiction, non-fiction prose, and technical writing. I enjoy reading reams of documentation for legibility, style, syntax, and grammar, as long as the content is worthwhile. I have a broad knowledge of history and archaeology, which helps in analyzing game text for plausibility. I am a carpenter and woodwright as well, with an intermediate knowledge of ancient and pre-industrial building techniques.

One thing I've noticed about rpg and strategy games is that they often contain glaring language problems upon first release. Even though you have not solicited help from people with my skill set, I hope I can help by submitting errata as I come across them in your documentation and other text.

Thanks for your post. We welcome any and all contributions to 0 A.D., solicited or not, from people with all skillsets. Extra proofreading and historical expertise can never hurt an ambitious project like 0 A.D.
