Got it going. Error comes up when trying to import.

Hi Every time I try to download the source I keep getting this error. Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to MKACTIVITY request for '/public/!svn/act/de5d9934-a478-854b-8da9-85bb38d31a98' I think this means the server is busy right?
