Well I told him to use SpyBot, but I also used that opportunity to lead him to our forums.
Well, this is a very good reason
Have fun, Dannerich!

Welcome Dannerich!
Uhm, I believe you should ask your brother, instead of posting in the Computer Desk section.
If he doesn't know, who will?

Indescribable.

I think men could be from 1,60 to 1,80m, for there are many men in Middle Earth
Ok for elves and dwarves, I think.

Of course I'll try to keep friendly with both, for some time: an economical firendship won't mine completely the alliance with the Spartans, so I'd sign with them an "anti-rebel" treaty, who says we'll help each other in case of rebellion, but nonetheless I'll start giving some reforms to the people, but reforms decided by me, given from high, so people will think less about rebelling!

FotR change: Tom Bombadil and the Barrow Downs (or just Tom)
TtT change: Make it finish after Pippin looked into the palantir, as in the book!
RotK change: Add the Scouring of the Shire.

Or better, I'll be for a little bit of time more.
In two weeks I'll have a DSL.

Welcome, Moderator CodeOptimist! (nay, it doesn't sound as goos as "Captain..." )

I read the books after the exit of the first movie, but I decided to see it only after I finished, to keep a my own image of the book... and it worked

Good, thanks geek Enarwaen!
You made Fede very happy
Now, another question (easier): Gandalf says in "The Shadow of the Past" that the living dragons won't have been able to melt the ring. So I'm asking, how many (more or less) and where dragons were, after Smaug's death?

Norway last? I don't think... Italy will be..... Half January.....

I don't care how long lived the Numenoreans!
Does nobody know something about Beorn?
Really nobody? Strange... with such deep conoisseurs of Tolkien-lore...
-
I've read LotR four times: the first in italian, the always in english
Then, I read twice the Hobbit in italian.. haven't found it in english yet

I wasn't saying I pretended to have the perfect elves
Anyway, Gandalf wasn't very different... and Bilbo the same... in fact he tried to treasure the ring also after
A thing... Beorn and the Boernings... what happened to him between The Hobbit and LotR? I mean, in the Hobbit he seems to be... young but old... I don't know how to explain... he seems to be born many years before, when the orcs weren't there (so I suppose those are really MANY years), and he seems to be still young and strong........

Yeah, thanks, good idea!

You're not making a fool of yourself
Anyway, I think the debate, for me, is over... we have very different opinions, so we can just go on speaking about what we thing, instead of discuss productively, that's what discussions are for.
Greetings!
Anyway, nice post.

Just some little thoughts...
The human brain now goes from 2000 to 3000cc; while Lucy's (australopitecus) was more or less 500cc... you can't have seen a person like that.
And men aren't becoming worst and worst... they simply keep as they've always been: a little bit bad.
Another thing, the last one: not always what's "good" lives and what's "bad" dies...

Akya, let's bring here Cat
No seriously, nice to see more DGDNers around!
Is 0AD progress too slow for you?

Yeah, I'd confirm the 2 years.
Better to say later than to say sooner without being able to complete it sooner...
