I thought I'd drop by and see whats new. Its been several months since I last visited.Ive settled into a new home job and uni so I thought I'd drop by and see all the new progress. since Im no longer staff I cant view all the juciest details but would someone care to take the time to fill me in on some of the good stuff?

Congrats CO, Looks like you my be a well deserved winner. Or have I spoken too soon. It always seems when I say something may be certian it doesnt happpen.
(I think the universe finds it funny to alter its natural path to make me wrong. It seems that way anyway. This theory is also based around the other theory, that the universe actually does revolve around me.)

I love debating, as some may have notice;) I would be keen to be involved. I think we would need 6 debaters 3 pos 3 neg as well as 3 or more judges who we all agree would have an un bias view, and for that reason should all be from different nations.

It is an old topic but new input is welcome. Most of the things you mention are listed already but I'll add the orchard trees and vinyards to the list. Explain ranch house to me..... Im not sure they had ranches in 0ad.

Your Right Quacker is not opinionated Garbage. But His post is, I doenst contain anything but a very narrow opinion. I felt a little insulted by it myself but I meant no personal insult to quacker. he wrote "The fact is,..." and made statments, Never once wrote I belive, or my opinion is or I think etc..... I get upset when people do this Its a weakness of my in any argument, However I stand by what I said.
How can you get away with a statemnet like:
They don't tell you the WHOLE story behind the images, like the fact that the town that was bombed was a major terrorist stronghold.And that the civilians had been evacuated a week before
Do you really think the citizens could be evacuated a week before without the terrorist then knowing that they were about to be bombed?
You shouldnt say things like that, theres no truth in it and no proof. It may well be true that the town is a Terrorist Strong hold. But it wouldnt even make logical sence to give a terrorist strong hold a weeks warning.
And FYI (For Your Information) The media didnt know nearly half as much about casuality rates and what was going on during WW2 due to lack of tecnology much of the information was less accurate and old. Also people may have had different views then hopefully we have progressed.
@CodeOptimist, I belive it does mean you shouldnt go to war if it can be at all avoided. Thats a dificult one to decied and a decision made too quickly by some governments I belive. however after this I wrote
"This does not justify actions of any terrorist. But it does give these countries the right to morn. and they deserve our sympathy as much as any other people who suffer."
Which is the point I wished to make from that statement.

The comment I resent most is:

In Contrast, when it was Americans on TV it was:
weeping over their loved ones.Not their terrorist sons. Obviously Iraqui people dont hav loved ones.
Also Quacker get you facts right This statement is less than a half truth:

1) Sure those images rose anger towards groups responsiable. But They rose up feelings of anger towards innocent minority groups, as far away as here in Australia the religious places of muslims were burnt or defaced, by redicals who are not worse than terrorists themself attacking innocent people for differences in apperance or belief. I know the same issues were delt with in America on an even larger scale.
2) The News can only ride any story for so long, people were tired of seeing 9/11 news I myself stoped watching the news not long after 9/11 until other things were being aired. Not cause I didnt care but because I had seen everything before.
Im dissapointed Quacker that you could make such a one sided argument.
I feel for the loss america has suffered from the events in the past few years. However I feel equally for the people of Iraq and elsewhere who suffered twice the loss from American bombs. Did you know that Less Americans Died in total in 9/11 than the total number of women and children did in any single US bombing campagin? This does not justify actions of any terrorist. But it does give these countries the right to morn. and they deserve our sympathy as much as any other people who suffer.
Has anyone understood what Im trying to say I'd like to know if you agree.

I've always wanted to see an RTS game where the units fight with many different moves like in a fighting game. AI issues would make the time needed to program this an impractical Idea for 0ad however.

Does anyone remember how Civ2's wonders effected the game they also gave bonuses and were civ specific. Totaly different game style but it could still work.

Also man never sucessfully builds a time machine. Im sure of this cause if they had the would have already told us;) and would have stoped the tragic events that happen to us from happening.

I think the minitue anyone went back in time they would imediatly destroy everything that has happened from the time they went back to. Including themself.
Cause I belive ever event no matter how small has greater consequences ie but typing this now I am effecting my future and my future effects others future. thats a large chain of events lead to a future that is entirly different from the one you came from thus you are destroyed and the new you in your new future would have no idea you ever built a time machine.

I fixed it I had to reset the workspace I was using as it was changing the shortcuts.

My ShortCut Keys in PSP8 dissapeared for no apparant reason how do I get the defaults back without manually entering them or reinstalling PSP? and why did they dissapear in the first place? Anyone?

Thats a common error that occours with MPS its a bug that was never fixed try MPS lite and If that doesnt work then Try and decomplie and recompile the mod. I'll explain how to do that later If its necessary

Pretty Nice Guys, I cant wait to texture my own world. I've prepared some beautiful textures. Beautiful in 2d anyway. Lets wait and see what they like in the 3d terain engine.
(My latest coral texture is almost eatable!)

Did anyone ever play our rome mod. (The one started before and finished after RaW) It was called All Roads Lead To Rome, I'll find link........ ARLTR Unfortunetly we missed the boat a little which is a shame cause its was really great.
