how do I contact him if I cant get in lobby

I got banned from lobby for making to many accounts. i just made new name because it wasnt saving my password and i never wrote it down . I dont play rated games anymore so it wasnt for my benefit . can you lift my ban so I can make account and start playing again. Thanks
