Another disk for example. If you changed path already, can you try to install under default one? 

It could be because writing/reading permissions.

 

Just go be sure, by launching the game you mean launching application, right?

Yes, lanching the app yes.

I worked fine when had windows 8 but when upgraded to 10 this happen.. 

Only Windows Def for the time being and nothing extra.

Just when launching the game, so it never starts
