[Error while installing]

I am getting this error once I try to install the game. any idea to fix it?

[When I click start, it Crash]

First of all thanks for your effort to create the best game in the world as I am an Empire Earth and AOE enthusiast.

No When I start the game it is fine till I click start the game. the screen just turns to black and nothing happens. then I get the next screens. please help.
