That's the thread. Sorry for bumping so late, just remembered I posted here and never checked back so I thought I would answer any questions. Someone asked what I put the logo on, It's an inkjet printable white dvd-rw disk and I used my Cannon MX920 to print it as it has a special tray for such projects.

I'm not sure how much interest there is in this but I thought it proper to credit my inspiration, this forum. There was an older thread where someone posted concept disc logo art, I took it a step further and actually created and printed my own using their template. Here is the end result:
