issue has been fixed thank you

I registered for an acct with the name "spaceEngineer" . when I try to log in to the lobby i get the error: authentication failed incorrect password or acct does not exist. I am pretty certain its the correct password. I spent some time troubleshooting disabled tls, checked the firewall etc. plz help thx
