It's not the words themselves that need banned. It's when the content of the words are being used to belittle or attack other players (regardless of ideology).

But as a democratic socialist myself, I am very unlikely to be holding a flame war against our economic oppressors on the 0 A.D. multi-player chat.

They invite hatred in countries like mine.

With everything I've read about Columbia in the last decades, I somehow doubt that solely 'progressive and communist words' are to blame for hate and violence...

I figured, you fit the profile. Not at an absurd level but yes.

.Your oppressors finance socialism a lot, if you don't look at how many brands sponsor certain movements.

International banking is very powerful. And those rich never appear on the forbes list.

Countries like Spain and Argentina are subject to socialism (democratic), both destroyed And with a great debt.

But yes, everyone should make their filter.

Hispanic Catholic heritage and drugs, socialism only made things worse.

The FARC party obtain funds from drugs, kidnapping and abuse as a form of power.

I don't think you ever had a socialist government? Certainly Duque isn't a socialist.

Anyway, to get back to the topic: I'm not offended by profanity, but if the servers are open to minors, maybe a general rule against profanity and other offensive words like slurs should be stated. And then probably enforced on a per complaint basis. I don't really believe an automated system will work; on the other hand, if only one person is responsible for that stuff, I don't know how well that would work...

I like to eat, no Thanks .

No Duque is not a socialist, it is something worse. The trendy word is Globalist.

The best thing is that each one regulates the words they like

If you think bankers actually support socialism, then you've lost the plot.

BUT, THIS ISN'T THE FORUM OR THREAD FOR THIS DISCUSSION.

Take it easy.  relax.

Lion does not fall into this type of ideology, I see many sincere right-wingers who fall into this type of discourse that presents itself with an easy solution to the ills of the country and modernity, but it is only a collection of conspiracy theories. See what is happening here in Brazil, in the manipulation of the State, part of the press and in the various coup attempts in which even heads of the Armed Forces left office because (speculation) would not support a coup (note that the armed forces of Brazil are mainly conservative and right-wing). Two days ago, there was a coordinated police operation in a poor neighborhood with 28 dead.

(Totally off topic)

In my country things are different. And they are not theories. This is not the place for it.
