Corral can train some animals for food for example goat, pig, sheep, zebu(mauryans cow). but cannot train chicken

in 0.a.d game play, some players build a lot of corral to train sheep/pig/goat/zebu(mauryans) instead building farmfields.

at the first game play, there are some chicken for geather some food. but how about make chicken at the corral too??

if it works, chicken's train time is 20s, much faster then sheep (35s) and cost is 30 food (sheep cost = 50 food)

Persian have a benefit to train chicken (train time =15, cost =25 food) because they breed the chicken first time

not just train and slughter the chicken to earn food, when player leave chicken alive, 1 chicken produce eggs(food) 20/1m (persian chicken= 22/1m)

player not just slughter chicken to earn food, but also earn eggs (food) very slowly but can slaughter when needs a lots of food.

not just chicken, how about corral animals can produce some meterials like goat, cow, camel can produce milk/cheese for food, sheep produce wools (10 metal/1m)

what do you think about it??

I like them to come out Gaia too because if you play SP the wild Gaia animals kill them. These corrals should be big too that can have a gate that can be operated. Or why not allow to build some fences and fence gates around them.

Off topic: Is it possible to revert the wololo back to A22 style without affecting the game? Wololo is fun for SP so the player can build any structure possible compared to a dull wololo on A23.

Well, I think that the main problem about chicken is the amount of food they can give to the player. In fact, 1 cavarly man can "finish" to gather food from a chicken (40 food total) in less than 10 seconds. If you think about it, 20 seconds to get a chicken would be a huge amount of time, calculating that cavarly men finish to gather food from them very fast. Also, you have to consider that a chicken "owns" 40 food: with a goat you spend 50 food to earn 100, (+100% profit), with a chicken you would spend 30 food to earn 40 (+33% profit). Talking about eggs, if you suppose a chicken to produce eggs, you can't kill him to gather food, so in practice the food production is not so increased. Talking about materials that animals can produce, well, we find the same problem: we train animals but we can't gather food from them: the production, if you think, it's quite the same.In one case you train and kill animals to gather food from them, in the other you train animals to take other resources from them (and 10 metal per minute is really not enough). To conclude chicken would be totally a not advantageus way to get food from corrals

P.S. Why would the persians have benefits in training chicken?

because the mesopotamian is known as tehy breed chicken first time of the  human history.

just got the game someday ago,
I do like to see some chicken farm etc too

how about giving chicken negative income at start?
something like 30 food to train but only give you 15 food each,
it also give you 1 food every six second..so you got 10 food  first min and get a break even @ 90 second?
While it look really dump to investment in bad unit(negative return) rather then a new worker/sheep.chicken itself cost no housing
the food cost also should be very cheap that you fitting those extra 10-20 food you don't need when you chain-build worker
they should keep the very fast gather rate so in case you need it you can cash in all your investment(cash in those chicken mean the future return of second each)
other then chicken I think the whole corral need some change to make it less linear.building sheep and kill it seem a bit strange....and making farm always seem to better due to less micro and you can garrison.....
I think changing corral to an other food income that play differ role would be better
example : corral give bonus around it due to extra food/wool = better life quality ,like 1% gather rate per chicken  laying egg max 10% ,increased hp for all unit due to sheep wool
the corral could also draining food income as they feed animal but their output was much greater when the livestock fully grow up ,e.g.: 40 cost for a sheep, and generating -2 food income per 6 second, fully grow @ 2 min and gave you 200 food each, you will adjust the number of sheep you want to hold in a corral rather then how many sheep you want to train.
this way you most likely will build a farm first and support a corral later for much faster food generation much like real life.
The corral could also boost/buff the market trade value within range due to you market have more item choice now, even higher rate if two market have differ corral buff?(some topic in the forum said people building market in unrealistic location etc:P
another thing would be better if the corral will have a large wood wall to hold those livestock not running everywhere...maybe shielding Female worker too .

the only thing to worry  is too OP(no hosing passive income) also the game might super lag......

This screenshot features some of the domesticated animals in 0 A.D. Wandering domestic animals may killed for immediate food supply or they may be placed in corrals for long term food supply. When done so, these animals provide a steady stream of reliable food. The more animals you have corralled, the more food you will receive. Corrals in 0 A.D. are a quick way to kick start your economy early in the game. Each civilisation gets a unique bonus for domesticating certain types of animals. For example, the Iberians have a bonus for rabbits and the Carthagians for elephants.

Corrals seem to have never left the place-holder stage.
