I just want to know if there any design for 0 A.D. CD sticker?

Might coming handy in the future if you want to share it with other people.

Giving a blank covered CD containing the installer just ain't fun.

In some parts of the globe downloading is not as fun in other places :lol2:

Print it or Lightscribe it.

Something like this perhaps:

CD-label-preview.jpgF10-disc-label_lightscribe_photopreview.jpg

or this:

There is no official CD sticker, box art etc. but the community is invited to create suggested covers. :)

When there's enough art such as web-banner, jpeg posters, etc, the next wave will be printing them to stickers and shirts to show support, so hopefully more people will know about 0 A.D.

Let's go community people, show your design :sword_rune:

I think it should be pure white and then around the edge you'll see a thick red line outlining the CD, then have the cross ( thus demonstrating the games emblem of course :) ) and on the side in the middle, just have 0 A.D.

and right underneath it following about halfway through the a and the D start the last part

A Wildfire Games Project.

What resolution and file format are necessary?

Usually used a 400x400, 600x600, 800x800, 1000x1000 etc.

Large size can be used to print posters :lol2:

File format usually PSD / PNG / JPG / SVG

The lightscribe program is easy to use so no need to cut for round CD shape,

Square images can be used to create CD case prints.

however for CD stickers usually needs some templates. Try the one from OpenOffice on the first post

The outline is interesting, how if makes it looks like a thick line but on closer inspection it contains symbols or patterns? Hieroglyphs? Threadlike motives?

Yes look very bad. But I decided open a new topic in art.

many of this time I'm part of AoE forums reading opinion and they wants collectors stuff.

as designer that I'm I have nostalgia for printed material. And right now I want make a printable tech tree.

is easy if we created a solid templete. Only needs composition , size and textures, the rest of material is part of the game.
