I encountered the same problem.

I'm using intel i7-12700f, which has 12 cores and 20 threads. So, I limited the cores number to 20 in msconfig and rebooted. but the problem persisted. 

Can anyone help?

The game crashed on startup every time.

The game was installed on a SDD, and recently I moved that SDD to a new PC. After the move, the game never starts again. 

Can anyone help to see what happened?
