Isn't the Latin for "a commander of a hundred" Centuriō or Centurio (no macron), without the final "-n"? Note that champion_infantry_swordsman_04 uses the correct spelling.
Also, infantry_swordsman_a and/or infantry_swordsman_e should be appended Prīnceps or Princeps (no macron) to draw the line between the first and second rankers, in light of the gear of said two actor counterparts. Separate image(s) for each would be appreciated for structure tree, specifically below civil center/barracks and army camp.

Noted. Will fix.

There are a few different ways we could have the Hastatus -> Pinceps line played out.
Basic: Hastatus
Advanced: Princeps
Elite: Centurio
Or have just 2 ranks, where the Roman swordsman is trained from the Advanced rank from the beginning, which would be a unique bonus in itself:
Advanced (skip "Basic"): Hastatus
Elite: Princeps
Veteran -> Champion upgrade: Centurio
Or any number of ways to make this feel unique. A "Pila" technology at the Forge could unlock throwing the Pilum before attacking melee.

Thanks for fixing the unit actors that used the wrong formation animations. Suggest that the Atlas-only footmen heroes Quintus Fabius and Claudius fix their testudo animations as well since they equip a scutum on their left hand. Don't know about Scipio though.

The Seleucid militia cavalry still uses the Achaemenid Median Cavalry icon. Minor edit, or for the next alpha?
Not wanting to necropost the thread of improving the hero portraits just yet: what of Chandragupta the last to have yet a portrait... either @m7600 or @kul could put the last jigsaw piece, and maybe add one for Maharbal to replace LordGood's watercolor.
Finally, suggesting that the lacey border of the Han minister's icon be removed as it's a remnant of your mod and none of the hero icons in the main game has one.-
I have several fixes locally, including the Seleucid militia cav one.
The Han minister, I kept it because he's not a hero or a standard unit, but special. I might end up removing the lace border regardless.
Unfortunately, I think a lot of my local art fixes will have to wait for A27. I'll commit them the moment after A26 goes live though.

Indeed your assessment is correct. I deemed the Xenophon portrait to fit the others more closely.

Some of the portraits need to be fixed, like some of the Thracian heavy swordsmen still use the flat thureos, perioikoi hoplite using the old arrow cloth, and the polybolos using the oxybeles actor. Any others?

Downloading the latest Theban standalone faction on GitHub gives me lots of errors. Tried @Lopess's fork but it's worse. Can't this be put into mod.io for smoother transition?

Still thinking about what to put?
At least a unit breakdown is enough like your Seleucid thread, so I can think of any suggestions. Same for the Spartans.

I have already researched regarding the Perioikoi phalangites, and found out it's only a Total War: Rome II thing. The Divide et Impera mod does not have them, and history probably does not attest such separate pikemen armies between the two classes. What do you think?

Updated my previous post regarding missing sounds; added suggestions for Roman Ampitheater and Remogantion.

Edited the first reply after the OP regarding how pikemen in Spartan faction will be recruited. What do you think? It's fine to disregard the helot bowmen for Brasidas. Even without them, there's still the advanced-class Kres (new name for the Cretan mercenary archer).
