  1. The slaves can have more gathering stats than a regular citizen and low HP. Now there are many ways to generate free slaves. The RTW captured units a little group of fallen units can be slaves. For example if kill 30 soldiers only 3 can be slaves. And automatically appear in your market. Other method is Conversion like priest. And finally is when are Gaia after defeats a enemy.

  4. I always imagined that at the end of a battle (thanks to the battle detection system), when the morale of the enemy units hits rock bottom the remaining soldiers would surrender and become slaves.

  5. The mini factions could remain as exclusively non player entities in the standard skirmish and campaign games with the full factions. However, I would suggest that a special game mode in which all players are exclusively playing mini factions be created. This would allow the mini factions to be played without the game imbalances that would be caused if the mini factions were pitted against full sized civilizations. This would expand the gameplay options of the players and attach higher value to the creation of the mini faction (which, at least with the impression I am getting browsing through this topic, seem of little more importance in the current forms they are taking in this discussion to the gameplay that the deer which are currently prancing around the game environment).

  6. I have a couple of ideas... They have all been suggested previously, but for one of them, I have something to add, and the other two are mostly just to bring them back up, since maybe they are implimentable now. I think it would be nice to be able to raise chickens from the corral. It would be the same as the sheep, but would require less food, and would be faster, since there is less return. This would probably be the easiest to impliment. Maybe goats too. Raiding Calvary that can actually raid your enimies would be cool. For instance, they go into enimy territory and attack a building, and as they damage it, they gather resources. When they can cary no more, they go back to the civic center, if they live long enough. What resource they take would be random, and they would only be able to take one type at a time. It would take it out of the availible resources of the player they were attacking, kind of like a fourced tribute. And last, but not least, I would love to see a General in the future. He would be kind of like a hero unit in that he would have extra health and probably a damage bonus for his troops, but you would be able to have more than one at any one time. Allies could also maybe assign some of their troops to him, thus letting the other player controll their troops. There could also be an Overseer, who would be the same as a General but for economic jobs, rather than for battle. Also, this is kind of a borrowed idea, the General could cause the troops under his command to attack the units that they counter. So, instead of a swordsman attacking the calvary, the General would cause the spearmen to. Anyway, these are just ideas, and I would love to hear what everyone thinks of them.
