You'll be able to get your new passport for $97 dollars by the end of the year if you want to spend some money. My dad got his a few months ago, it's pretty cool, just like a credit card.Bill Gates paid Belgium a visit when the thing was launched and negotiated with the government to make a version of messenger supporting the passport.
