Hi, i just installed the game from the modb page.

its in my appdata and local area.

how to load these? what folder do i put aristeia and Millennimad?

are there any other ones i need before i load the game?

can i install this in programs(x86) or no?

Just put the zip file(the mod you download from modb) in C:\Documents/MyGames/0ad/mods and enabled in mod selection menu and thats it.
don't unzip the 0ad defalut mods

cool. good to know of the mods. so basically all future mods and etc just leave them as zip?

interesting. im assuming it programs that zip file into the game?

how does it work?

https://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/Modding_Guide  https://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/Debugging  https://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/BuildingWindowsDependencies the zip. and other compression methods are built in into the engine with the help of a library , it helps with decreasing overall memory and RAM usage if there are no memory leaks that is and it was done so that the game took much less space then over 10 gigs when it was unzipped , it could still be compressed further with new libraries but right now priority takes optimization.
