Hi Arunas.

This form isn't really needed for programmers. It's better to just write some code and come to discuss it on IRC (#0ad-dev on quakenet). Or the other way around.

If I understand you correctly, you want to write unit tests? Maybe also other tests? That would be very handy, as currently, most of our components are untested.

Thanks for wanting to help out. See you on irc.

Hi Sanderd17,

I am sorry to be absent - I was in holidays. Also, I thought my application didn't received any answer (no duplicated massage in my mail inbox).

Yes unit tests are for programmers, I have a little (3 month) experience blackbox testing, writing of test cases. Could I be helpful?

Arunas

p.s. I promise to check forum frequently.

You can start immediately and propose patches related to tests.

Our bugtracker and wiki have all the information you should need for starters: http://trac.wildfiregames.com/wiki/GettingStartedProgrammers

You can skip the 'Finding a task' part because we don't have a lot of pending tasks related to tests currently.

Don't hesitate to ask on IRC about finding your way in the code.
