Bigtiger was able to produce good quality grass textures (part of the large commit for his asset) was it also 512s?

They have really bad normal maps. Probably created the only way I know how, with the nvidia photoshop plugin or something similar. The best normals would be baked in Blender or 3DSM.

Ah I’m thinking of the stone textures I was trying to use for the cliffs

Speaking of cliffs, it would be great to have more cliff objects similar to BigTiger's but using your positioning method and full geometry (front, sides, back for max variation as you've done with the other, smaller cliff objects).

Would be great to have some Illyrian merc units for Delenda Est. ;)

You need the Pirate dock to have Pirates Merc.

Interestingly, the red color fits very well with the modern recreations of Mesoamerican architecture. One question, was the texture intentional not to turn red so as not to confuse the player during the game?
(I promise it's just this question not to pollute the topic)

Me lo saque de manga esa forma de esa casa, es para darle variedad.
Casi todas las casas de la gente comun eran iguales(con la misma forma).

Reminds me of one of my old screenshots in DE:

Rome_Delenda_Est_Isometric.thumb.jpg.5eefc55b2bd2b74357abd294bbc6e2e2.jpgI

It was almost empty because all troops were deployed to attack. Using isometric view makes it feel more nostalgic, akin to a late 90s strategy games I liked.
