Information needed

Since the engine is under the GPL license, you're allowed to modify and sell it but you have to make the source code of your modified version freely available.

(If you create new art from scratch then you can use that art under a non-open-source license with the game engine, so the game package as a whole can forbid copying, but the engine itself must remain open source.)

I understand, I'm in planning phase with a RTS concept & it's really coming up great. I need a proper RTS engine for its development & this game engine came to mind first. The RTS I'm planning will be a new design in RTS generation & it will set new standards, so yeah! I'll look into it & set my art under (non-open-source license) will take some time & speak to Michael haffer.
