I updated a local copy of the public svn yesterday, ran update-workspaces.bat, built pyrogenesis, then tried to run. I received this error:

Today I deleted the public svn, re-downloaded it, built it, but receive the same error.

Looks like you're running an old version of the executable (since RenderPathVertexShader was removed from the code recently), so presumably not the one you built - maybe you built pyrogenesis_dbg.exe but ran pyrogenesis.exe? I think the autobuild .exe will have this problem so I'll recompile that now.
