I automatically get vs2017... or get "Sorry, we couldn't find any downloads for you." Because I'm on windows 10 ?

ok, thanks for answer, I read in the build instructions that the version for build is vs2013, but I used to build vs2013 or older source code after visual studio automatically translate the sln for the vs2015. As vs2015 is newer than vs2013 I thought I could... So now I'll try to get vs2013 and see. Thanks
