Yes it does....but it's not a static ip everytime it changes I update the settings.

So this is a screenshot of my atempt to port forward the port with udp etc.I checked my Upnp is enabled,spent my day googling about that i rebooted my router shut down firewall and still no one seems to be able to join my game. Should i feel like the black sheep?
