ok this is weird, i restarted the game and it worked, no issues for now, lmao

first and foremost the game randomly decided to be in french because that's my system language, it's okay because i can undertand french but at the same time i can't stand playing games in french, and when i change the language to english nothing happens and it stays the same another issue is that when i choose to "quit" or "surrender" in a battle nothing happens and i hae to Alt+F4 out otherwise the game works fine, the AI skirmishes work fine, and so does multiplayer
