Moving city centres could be provided to minor factions if they are included in the game like minoan, sumerian etc Ahem..Question... So how many ages will be there in the game? Four I suppose, up until Iron age?

So there wont be any ancient chinese or japanese faction like shang, yamato or choson like AoE?

Or you could just add these civs as minor ones which would only appear in scenarios and the like...

Yes that`s what I thought as well... that would be probably the best way to use relics in the game

Navy - Pentecounter, Trireme Infantry - ekdromoi - light infantry similar to militia, gymnitai - infantry upgradable to psiloi - light fast unit, hoplites, peltasts - range units, pezhetairos - spearman, shieldbearer, thorakite - armoured unit with sword, toxotai - archers Siege - battering rams, catapults, ladders Cavalry - light - kataphraktos, heavy cavalry, dismountable - hetairoi

You could also include other civillizations as minor civs like sumeria, phoenicia, babylon who could appear in scenarios only etc while the romans, persians, mauryans could be major ones which would be available in random maps and death matches as well...?

The water is nice but I was playing a random map and I noticed the wild elephants, they looked as if they were floating on the land and water instead of walking while the elephant units trained by me walked just fine with moving legs. Could anything be done about this...?

Yes Chanakya should not have an attack... he was chandragupta`s mentor who helped him get the throne but did not take part in battle himself. However, he was a very intelligent and clever man so you could actually have him research some unique techs for the mauryans...

How about making the simple Mauryan chariot with a single rider and horse? The riders usually stood in the chariots unlike chariots used by other civs. However, after upgrading them to scythe chariots, they would have two horses and riders, of which one rider would be the warrior who would remain standing wielding weapons while the other drove the chariot? Add scythes to the wheels and u`re done.

Nice to see that some great ideas are going into this game... I have some ideas for campaigns also like Roman campaign could include the battles with Carthage and Egypt Mauryans could include how Chandragupta Maurya became king with the help of Chanakya and unified the small provinces Greeks could have the battle of Troy etc

Hello Flo, you have some good ideas. I hope I can add to them... How about giving each civilization a special building like for example, the romans could build pleb houses instead of houses and patrician villas and forums in place of markets? Persians and Mauryans could build enclosures to train elephant units. Unique units similar to AoE2 would also be nice...

Sure... no problem... I will upload my sketches for units... also I have some ideas for campaigns... I reckon most civilizations should have a campaign of their own...? Like the roman campaign can include carthage and egypt etc. What do you suppose?
