  1. LOL I saw that at HG, too. The ending was the funniest:
  2. Yes, help the needy (like me). BTW, who receives the donations? You? Or are people supposed to donate directly to the "poor"?
  3. He/she should be able to save babies and uh...yeah. I think a Forum Guardian should make informative and useful threads that stir activity in the forums.
  4. Now that I think about it, Karma would be a better replacement for "Reputation". =/
  5. Yes; in fact, I prefer RPG scenarios in RTS games more than B&D,etc. scenarios. The problem with RTS games is that once you finish them, they lose their appeal, while RTS games can be immortal if they are great (AoK:TC, for example ).
  6. Karma is generally referred to as "good", so the higher one's Karma is, the more his chance of being reincarnated as an overall better being. Applying to the forums, status change could occur if the karma reaches a certain level, which can be analogous to reincarnation as a higher being. Also, the lower your karma, the lower your chances of being born a better being (in fact, one may end up as a pig or a snake, etc.); so, the lower your Karma, the lower your status in society (in this case, the forum community; but that status is solely based on the amount of Karma) and the fewer perks one gets to enjoy (which is true, since there's a Premium section of the site, which can be attained when one reaches Nirvana, which is the highest amount/level of Karma).
  7. Karma would work fine. It applies everywhere, even life. Karma is a Hindu/Buddhist concept and is like a collection of all your thoughts, actions, and words, divided up into Good and Evil. Good karma ultimately allows you to attain Nirvana. Bad karma allows you to be reincarnated as a lesser being. This would be a good concept (much more entertaining than "Points" ).
